Oct. 24, 2019 — At its 2019 Fall Conference, the California Efficiency & Demand Management Council (CEDMC) presented its Industry Leadership Award to Steve Cowell as part of its 10-Year Anniversary Celebration.
The award was bestowed to recognize his “decades of design and implementation of energy efficiency and demand-side programs for utilities, state agencies, and other entities nationwide” and for “helping to create and build a thriving energy efficiency industry through sound public policy and legislation to drive toward a clean energy future.”
Cowell accepted the award via a recorded video, as he was unable to attend in person.
